Welcome to Chemistry 152 and 152L at Miramar College! Today's class is about measurements, precision, and unit conversions. It's a common place to start because, without precise measurements of mass and volume, we wouldn't know much at all about chemistry.
- Syllabus - PDF copy of original "Day 1" syllabus.
- Lecture goals handout from today's class.
- In-Class Activity (ICA-01): Math Review / Answer Key
- Homework (HW-01): Syllabus Exercise / Answer Key
- Practice problems from textbook, Chapter 2, starting on page 43: #38, #44, #48, #56, #60, #74, and #114. Be prepared to ask questions about these problems (or take a quiz that includes similar problems) when you arrive on Wednesday. / Answer Key
